In 2007 ChloErin the shop was born! (named after my two beautiful daughters Chloe and Erin). After several years as an aromatherapist and reflexologist I felt it was time for a new challenge. So on the 22nd June 2007 (the day after marrying my husband Steve) I opened the first ChloErin. The first shop sold mainly candles, creams and smelly stuff along with fairies and crystals! But within a year we had outgrown our lovely little shop so on the 2nd May 2008 we moved to larger premises which could incorporate my passion for complementary therapies.
The new shop grew in many ways and during a difficult period at the end of 2009 into early 2010 I decided to branch out into ethical and fairtrade clothing. Many of the lines I chose were not of the hippy era but were very much up to date and trendy! I am also very passionate about colours and fabrics so this all worked well in creating an interesting range of clothing. One of the successes of the clothing range has been with the hemp, bamboo and organic cotton clothing. This line is successful in that it is sustainable but also durable and will last for more than a season! The clothing has proved a great success for ChloErin and we are seeing new customers coming from far and wide!
Sadly I no longer have time to practice my therapies but am always glad to help with free advice. Particularly as we also sell essential oils which can some times be a bit of a minefield!

Wherever possible we adhere to the following:
- Sourcing fairly traded products
- Selling bath & body products free from sodium lauryl sulfates and parabens
At ChloErin:
- we aim to encourage our suppliers to use recyclable packaging
- we recycle
- we don’t use plastic bags
