Six years ago I was at a place in my life that needed some direction and purpose. I took an interest in natural healing and later went onto qualify with the West Country Healing Federation. A year later I began my journey into Reiki and became a qualified practitioner. My interests in the complementary therapy skills became more and more. I felt that there was a way in which we can help each other in beating stress, depression, anxieties and more. In 2004 I qualified with an ITEC diploma in holistic massage, followed by aromatherapy and a further diploma in 2006 in reflexology. The reflexology diploma was set about by a shortage in cancer care volunteers. After qualifying I spent eighteen months helping people with long term illnesses in their homes and continuing to learn, but in the hospice and cancer care field. I am also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
In 2007 after working for my lovely friend Linda Younghusband at the Dorset Pedlar I decided to open my first shop. The name, ChloErin, came about from my two beautiful daughters Chloe and Erin and inspiration and creativity from Linda. We opened the shop on the 22nd June 2007, the day after I married my husband Steve!
After just a year, we had outgrown our lovely little shop and on 2nd May we moved to larger premises which could incorporate my passion for complementary therapies. The new shop encompasses a much larger shop area with a reception space, therapy room plus a workshop/talk or demonstration room which when not in use is also a meditative space with some interesting artwork, also for sale.

Wherever possible we adhere to the following:
- Sourcing fairly traded products
- Selling bath & body products free from sodium lauryl sulfates and parabens
At ChloErin:
- we aim to encourage our suppliers to use recyclable packaging
- we recycle
- we don’t use plastic bags
